Contract:
You confirm that you are purchasing the goods in your basket and that you will pay for these goods in full before any part of the order will be shipped. Payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card or personal cheque (where payment is made by cheque the funds will be required to clear prior to goods being shipped). Our terms and conditions may change at any time and you accept that it is your responsibility to check these prior to making a purchase.

All product specifications on this site are provided "as is". Manufacturers are entitled to change product specifications without notice. Digital Connexions cannot be held responsible for any changes, errors or omissions resulting from incorrect specification information. Supply of goods:
Unless specifically requested orders will not be shipped until all items are available. Where part orders are shipped this will constitute a single order and therefore may be liable for additional shipping costs. Digital Connexions will only part ship an order following written confirmation from the customer. If your order is conditional on all items being supplied, please specify this in the "additional comments" box at the point of purchase. Where ordered goods are unavailable and a substitute is offered you will not be responsible for the cost of returning the substitute only, as long as it is returned with the specified 14 day period.
Your right to cancel:
You have an unconditional right to cancel an order. Should you wish to cancel your order, written notice must be given to Digital Connexions by seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received. Where a contract is cancelled, you must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received and 'restore' them to us. Any money received will be refunded as soon as possible but must be within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. If payment for the goods or services is under a related credit agreement, your cancellation notice also has the effect of cancelling the credit agreement.
Non-supply of goods:
In the event that we are unable to supply ordered goods, Digital Connexions shall in no way be liable for any consequential loss incurred through delays in supply or failure to supply. No compensation shall be payable. All products are supplied subject to availability. We are not liable for any damages or inconvenience caused by actions or activities which are beyond our control including, but not limited to, lack of product availability from suppliers, damage caused through misuse or loss as a consequence of courier damage or defective manufacture of products which we supply.
Receipt of goods:
It is for you to ensure that the person who signs for the goods is entitled to do so. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred once delivery to the address you have specified has been made, nor are we responsible for the goods being accepted by the incorrect recipient at the receiving address.
Return of goods:
Goods may only be returned within 14 days of delivery. No goods should be returned without prior arrangement with Digital Connexions. Goods should be retuned using a Digital Connexions nominated carrier and will be arranged by Digital Connexions directly. Goods sent via an unauthorized carrier may not be eligible for return. All reasonable efforts must be taken by the customer to ensure that goods returned to Digital Connexions include all their original packaging and are in a condition that reflects this duty of care. Digital Connexions reserve the right to apply a 10% repacking fee on goods returned not in their original condition. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of written cancellation and confirmation by Digital Connexions.
Please note that we are unable to accept the return of customised products such as pre-cut or terminated speaker cables, of cartridges and styli once they have been used or of headphones or earphones once they have been worn, excluding where they are discovered to be faulty through manufacturing defect, within the first 30 days.
Special offers:
All sales and offers are subject to availability at time of order and we reserve the right to withdraw these at any time. Orders will be dealt with on a "First Come First Served Basis" We cannot be held responsible if a special offer or any product is not available for supply after an order has been placed.

Order acknowledgement:
The order acknowledgement we send upon receipt of your order is not a guarantee of supply of any goods at any price. It merely confirms that your order has been received subject to processing.
Your order:
You confirm that any and all information you supply to us is accurate and correct and that you have read, understand and accept all our terms and conditions as outlined here and any other definition or description provided. If you are unsure of anything you should contact us prior to placing your order. You accept that any information you supply to us is subject to checking and approval to confirm its validity and that we may carry out any checks which we feel appropriate including, but not limited to, Credit Card address check and Voters' Roll Search.
Once goods are delivered you agree that you have accepted them and, once they have been opened and/or used, you acknowledge that they have been supplied in an acceptable condition and are satisfactory. This excludes issues which cannot be foreseen until such actions are taken including the discovery of a fault.
You must notify us within 10 days of our notification to you of dispatch, if your order has failed to arrive.
Back Orders:
Where goods are not available for immediate delivery due to items requiring back order from suppliers a holding deposit may be necessary. The value of this deposit may vary dependent on the value of the goods, lead time from supplier or number of existing orders. Following confirmation of your order and Authentication of your payment Digital Connexions will provide an email detailing the expected delivery time and required deposit. On written instruction from the customer the deposit value will then be charged against the card given. The remaining amount will be charged up to 1 week prior to shipping. Cancellation of the order may result in a 10% administration fee.
