Digital Connexions are able to offer a range of products in different conditions:
Brand New: Stock supplied direct from the manufacturer or distributor, unopened and undamaged*
Open Box: Goods that have been removed from their original packaging but remains unused, all accessories are supplied and the manufacturer warranty is still valid
Ex Demo: Product that has been used for demonstration in a Digital Connexions showroom, it may only be possible to provide a remote control, power lead and instructions (may not be original). A six month limited Digital Connexions warranty is provided.
Part Exchange: Items previously owned and traded/bought by Digital Connexions it may only be possible to provide a remote control, power lead and instructions (may not be original). A three month limited Digital Connexions warranty is provided.
*"Undamaged" refers to the goods themselves and not the packaging as this can be damaged in transit. From time to time it may necessary to open packaging to carry out upgrades or region coding
